      Thanks for your comment! We now offer three different Service Body Ladder Racks (1501250, 1501260, and 1501270), each with a different length. The adjustable height range for all three models is 18 inches - 28 inches, offering flexibility for service bodies that may have opening lids on top. We'd recommend taking a measurement of the height of your open lid(s) to see if the 18-28 in. height range would work for you!

    I'm going to mount one of these on a rear hitch cargo rack. Less that $500 total. Beats by an eTrialer or Inno system for $1200 or much less a Thule! But I do have a question... Is the bottom of the box dual wall or single wall? I'm going to need to penetrate the bottom of the box to mount it to the rear hitch cargo rack and I don't want to crack it when I tighten the mounting bolts. Thanks!!

    After struggling a few times to put this plow on I discovered the trick is to drive into the plow, then make sure the truck doesn't' roll back any when you put it in park. Apply the parking brake BEFORE taking your foot off the brake and shifting into park. This keeps the plow fully engaged with the guide pins and allows it to rock into place with a shake of the light bar. I can do it myself in 10 minutes now.

      Thanks for your comment! The headlights are made to not leak, so they are very difficult to take apart. You will need a screwdriver and a putty knife to pry the two parts apart. It's not easy, but it can be done! Pry all the way around a little at a time and it will come apart.

Turn the controller on and you should have a green light. Press the down button and hold until the blue light comes on. When it comes on, let go and wait for 1.5 seconds. Then press the down button again until the red blinking light comes on. Once it is blinking, then the switch should be activated.

    If you detach and the foot doesn't stay which mine has done twice on the first day. it will drop. then your using anything you can find. also as i was moving it dropped again. I'm goin to drill out the holes to help alignment. Really disappointed so far. 9500 dollar pain .I shouldn't have to work on this. i have a Chinese blade on my skid and it about the same quality. i don't mean build .the engineering . id say it need some sort of lift for the bracket to align and a center pin maybe to guide it in. i had to take it off day one to get new tires and walked away. finally got snow and too an hour by my self to align. . then the locking pin looks' like it backwards with the textture hidden so i actually put opened it back up and had to start all over. Too bad its not like a skid steer. fyi i own skids, tractor, minis . im used to equipment. look at all the comments. get the hint yet

    • @BuyersProductsCompany
      @BuyersProductsCompany 6 месяцев назад

      Thanks for your comment! I reached out to one of our SnowDogg Technicians, and this is what he said: I would look at the down valve. If it is stuck open a little, then the cylinder would go up. When pressure is needed, it may be leaking to the down valve and no pressure is being created. Also check the up valve coil (SB) and green wire. Check the voltage when you are going up and see if there is a drop in voltage when chains get tight. It could possibly be the controller. If it's easier, I might encourage you to give Tech Support a call at 440-974-8888. They would be able to help troubleshoot over the phone. Thank you!

    So after 4hrs by myself, 2 at night and 2 during the day.. ima tell what I did for it to snap right into place. First, this is best when u have somebody guiding u right where the mount is ABOVE the pin holes. Then u wanna make sure the bracket and the horizontal bars can prrfectly drive into the slots on the plow. My plow was fully mounted, I pushed down on the lights so the chain was fully rested. Once that was done and the pins was perfectly aligned above the pin holes, its as simple as pushin on the lights toward the truck, the plow and the pins should snap right into place. Hopefully this help cause 4 hrs jumpin in and out of the truck is wild.

      @@BuyersProductsCompany point of the comment is why would you not include these with the purchase of the markers, why are you making people make an additional purchase for a mounting bracket which is required to install. It I purchase a big screen tv, I don’t have to purchase the power cord and remote separately! What your doing is a joke

      @@MyGreenLawn2019, I apologize for the confusion, but I did look into this matter further. The original design of the LED Guides did NOT have the adapter included. However, there was a redesign in 2021, and now the adapters are included with the purchase of the LED Guides. Did you happen to recently purchase the product? Thanks! -Lucas

      @@BuyersProductsCompany I have not purchased the product and after looking at the reviews and the cost of your product, I will be looking for an alternative. I’m happy to see you are finally including the mounting bracket, it’s the right thing to do!

    Can you show how easy it is if plow is sitting uneven. If you drop your plow and then try to hook it up again after snow has fallen on the ground the plow isn't level anymore. Its almost impossible. This is one of the worse plow attachments that I have used. I know another guy was trying to hook it up slammed the frame into his truck. Hopefully no one gets hurt

      No, I wouldn’t recommend it:) wd40 is good for some of the smaller parts that move like the latch

      Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the DumperDogg dump insert is designed for pick-up trucks 3/4 ton and up. The 1/2 ton pick-up trucks, such as the F-150, do not have the payload capacity required for the DumperDogg.
